"Riiiiiiiight on schedule!" The bear clapped its paws together after the announcement, "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to deliver a few gifts!" He walked past Felix and Alicia, out into the hallway.

Alex followed her out and walked towards the stairs while he looked at his electro ID.

"WAIIIIIT!!" A loud scream echoed from down the hall. A few seconds later, Monokuma came running down the hall towards Julie, Devin and Alex.

Julie sighed, already annoyed. "What do you want?"

"Well, you guys found the body! As such I feel you all deserve a reward!" It pulled out a folder from behind its back, "Tah-Dah! The Monokuma File number three! New and improved!"

Julie snatched the file from the bear and opened it up, reading the information aloud,

"Monokuma File Number Three." She began.

"Victim: Leit Hahn.
The body was found in the History classroom, bound to a chair.
There are several small lacerations and bruises located on his body, thought none seem to be the cause of death.
The time of death is 12:13.
Death was not instantaneous."

Julie sighed, "He died about the same time I found you, Devin."

"Well, that rules you two out as suspects." Alex said in a hopeful manner.

Julie hummed to herself, "Right...but..." She crossed her arms, "If that's the case wouldn't the killer have to be up here? The gates closed again not ten minutes after I found him."

Liam was at a loss. "There's no way... Why would someone do it?" He put a hand on Heather's shoulder. "We... need to move."

Devin sighed. "Doesn't look good for you." He didn't sound certain of Alex's guilt, though.

"The third floor wasn't opened last night." Julie folded her arms, "But there is something that's bugging me."

Heather shuddered, "But what can we do...?"

Felix looked at Alicia and sighed. "I guess we should start looking for evidence then," he said.

"The body discovery announcement." She leaned against a nearby wall, "If Leit died at that time, then the murderer would've seen the body and then it would've rang whenever Devin and myself found it." she brought her hand up to her mouth, "That brings us to one of three theories. Number one. The announcement doesn't take the murderer into account and is based off of the other students. Meaning all three of us are innocent. Number two. Leit died while the murderer was away and didn't witness the body itself. Leaving all of us to suspicion. Number three." She lowered her head, "Devin, or myself, was the culprit who witnessed the body, which is why we needed Alex to set off the announcement." she tilted her head towards the bear, "Monokuma?"

The bear stood quiet for a second, "I neither confirm nor deny any of those theories."

Julie clicked her tongue.

"What are we supposed to find when we're locked down here?" Alicia asked frustratedly.

"You can like whatever you want." Julie replied, frustrated.

"Well, what if the bear did it?" Alex inquired.

"We need to find out whatever we can. There's going to be a trial and I'll be damned if we let the culprit go."

"We'll find out when we get more evidence," Devin said.

"We can't just keep running to that conclusion whenever it's convenient." Julie frowned, "We haven't found much up here. Not much more we can go off of."

Heather straightened up and brought her hand down to her neck, "Very well." She smiled at him, "Where would you like to look?"
