But Jordan is a curious girl and when she's told the manor is expanding in unusual ways she can't help but explore.

While your Skill Allocation is properly done, your skills themselves aren't skills in the sense of this RP. They need to influence rolls.

This is what I can get from adapting skills to roll comparability:

As for your hook, it's not really a character flaw. If you need a good, albeit lame example:
"Frail: -1 to Maximum Backpack and -1 to all rolls that involve physical activity. "
