DF Animu/Mango Discussion

So yeah, for those of you who don't sit up all hours of the day on DF, those of us in midnight chat started pitching back and forth ideas for DF as a comic, sitcom, anime, cartoon, ect, ect.

While I myself won't dare to say "WERE DOING THIS. WERE MAKING THIS HAPEN", given various other projects that tanked. However, I would like to note that the material has as much potential as there is spaghetti at Princess Toadstool's picnic, and before you ask, that's lotsa spaghetti.

So yeah, tons of potential for writefagging up in this bitch.
Anyone with an eye for art (not me) can definitely get an idea or two out of this.

Yeah this, everyone involved so far has been pretty big on collaboration, I think I vote that you should actually be here every now and then if you want to get in on this.

And I propose Season 2's villain to be Joey's teacher via demonic possession. Joey's teacher is Mr. Hall. Alexander Hall. He gets possessed by a demon named BEN, a demon born from some kid that drowned years ago named Ben. That's as meta as I'll go.

Ehh... I think we can think of better. Wouldn't the villain be the demon in that case anyways, and not the teacher?

I personally think we should focus on act/arc/season 1 before we get ahead of ourselves.

agreed, let's get the first arc done before we try getting the second third fourth fifth...hudredth, i dunno how many there's gonna be if we ever get this off the ground but for right now lets focus on getting the story for the first arc done.

Aka, I recommend contacting J and ThatOneAsian, as they seem to actually be doing the work regarding pages. In the meantime, I will attempt to acquire additional story ideas from other residents of DF.

In one chapter, Darc succeeds in capturing one of the defense team members. Not sure which one, I guess we could vote on that. The sub-arc (or just chapter, I dunno) would focus on trying to locate said teammate, and rescuing them. Of course, Darc would have laid a trap at the end. Thoughts?

That sounds like every Bleach arc ever but that doesn't make it a bad idea haha, I vote that I don't get kidnapped, because then it would be a Bleach arc :P sounds like something we could use later on though.

Suggestion: J once had a thing with one of the team members. Neither talks about it, the subject is taboo, and eventually becomes a source of comedic relief.

Or another girl when one is officially part of the team.
