So some friends of mine are testing out their filmmaking skills by doing a bunch of trailers that have been suggested by various people on twitter/youtube/facebook and this weekend they filmed the first one. Valley Noir (Cos we're all from the South Wales Valleys)

That's the base score. Most trailers suck, so I had to give this a 15/10 for the fact that it didn't leave me utterly disappointed. And I used to be a huge Noir nerd, so this is playing to my own tastes.

Definitely a good trailer for a non-pro, but it could still use some work, like slower transitions and maybe some slow-mo. The music could have been a little softer, too, but it fit well. The main guy also seemed to scratch/touch his head too much.
