Panda's Poem #11

This is another from about six or seven years ago.
Not so much NSFW as the previous one.


The monster deep inside of me
Pushes closer to the surface
When I've got you by my side
I know I've found my purpose

Sitting here thinking I'm alone
And got nobody to turn to...
And the monster pushes again
The one that stops it is you...

I know everything will be okay
When I place a kiss upon your face
The monster chills me to the bone
Only to fail at your warm embrace

I sit, sighing, hoping soon
The monster stops it's feeding
It grows stronger every moon
It rips my soul more everyday

But I know everything is okay now
Cuz in my arms I've got the one I love
The only one who can stop the beast
The one I hold with my embrace...you

Heh i can relate a bit with this one. So many problems in the world and in my mind but they just don't matter when i'm in the same position. a monster.... that's a good description for it

I honestly can't remember when I wrote this one, really. I found a copy of it and I was like "I REMEMBER DIS"
